Intergrated Installation of Win2k/Sp4 fails !

Hello,

I try to slipstream Windows 2000 with SP4 but I get everytime the same error.

"Some files for integrated installation cannot be copied !"

The commandline is correct and in the error-log stands only that dosnet.inf cannot copied.

I use as OS Win2k/sp4.

I hope someone can help me.
