error with sysdiff and winxp

I've got a problem, i can't use sysdiff on win xp system. I always receive the same error message "DuplicateString isn't found in SETUPAPI.DLL"

If it's impossible to use sysdiff with xp, is there someone who knows if it exists an another software with the same functions

grab a copy of that file from a windows 2000 machine it will work in XP
