Setting up default account

Hey guys,

I have a couple of questions I've been trying to find the answer to - hope someone can help me out a bit

I want to make a default account setting up icons and stuff, and I guess copying the default profile is the easiest choice here - anyone know the "right" way to do this ?

Also, I'm trying to make a few changes:

• using the silver version of the XP theme
  
• autohiding the task bar
  
• setting the taskbar to double height
  
• showing the status bar in explorer
  
• showing hidden files
  
• showing extensions for known files
  

-Anyone know where to find these registry hacks, and possible similar ones ? Can these be applied to the default account (by reg files), or do they have to be added on a per user basis ?
