August 19, 200224 yr right, i wanna set up a forum, but im not sure which is the best?like UBB, but it take 500gb of bandwidth to load 1 page...Yabb... just looks s***e... (i cant seem to get it looking 100% like my site... infact 1% would be nice, LOL)anyone got any suggestions? (remember im as thick as s***... so the easier the better)
August 19, 200224 yr try using InvisionBoard. It's free, looks nice, and is easy to set up. All it requires is php and an sql database.
August 19, 200224 yr Invision is the easiest board I've installed to date, PhpBB and UBB (isn't that long forgotten now??) weren't very easy to install back then.Invision is so easy, it does all the installation from one single short webpage. Even worked perfectly on my PC setup with Apache, PHP and MySQL
September 4, 200223 yr yer, i love invision, ive installed lots of boards and portals b4 and this is the best yet by far!Worked nice on my home apache server too!Good work IB team
