toryboy2000 Posted August 17, 2002 Share Posted August 17, 2002 have been messing around with my swap file (Page File) and i am running 512mb and Win XP Pro, I have set both the Initial Size & Max Size to 766mb on 2 hard drives, Does that sound right to you??????Ps: Im using Fat 32 file system. Aaron Posted August 17, 2002 Share Posted August 17, 2002 You only need one pagefile, and its best situated on a physical hard drive (not partition) where the OS isn't installed on.Min and Max size of pagefile should be 768 MB for your 512 MB of RAM Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
