willpantin
Is it just my imagination, or are people rather reluctant to help these days? Anyway, I found the answer to this problem after trying different things. It seems the solution was very simple. Should anyone else encounter this problem, the solution is as follows:For some odd reason, the folder I386\ASMS\6000\MSFT\WINDOWS\COMMON\CONTROLSwas missing the file "CONTROLS.MAN".Therefore, I copied that file from my previous, old, SP1 Unattended CD, into that folder. It came from the same folder structure.I am writing this as Microsoft VirtualPC 2004 is finishing the install, so in truth I haven't tested yet to see if XP Pro SP2 is installed without any problems at all. But all seems to be progressing fine in the install...
