Have Unattended install DVD of Win XP (With SATA drivers), only problem is that it produces a BSOD just after it loads the drivers - and the text at bottom of screen says "Starting Windows" just before it formats.

Have used exact same DVD on friends PC using exact same DVD drive, and formats / installs fine - so must be my hardware.

Have unplugged my SATA board and SATA HDD from Motherboard, and have a 60GB Maxtor IDE HDD - But still Blue screens.

Have deleted partitions, fixed the MBR using the Recovery console - still BSOD's.

have used old Windows XP CD, and that works fine.

Unplugged 2nd CD drive - still Blue screens.

System is a 2GHz P4, 60GB IDE Maxtor, Pioneer DVD, Plextor CDRW, 512MB, Intel MB.

Please help - as I have now got a 100% blank system!
