can't load large visual styles

When I try to load some visual styles i get this message: "Error loading visual styles. The visual styles could not be loaded because the file failed to load. Not enough storage is available to process this command."

The styles that dont work are like >3MB in size.

I also experienced this problem before and have no solution, what I have noticed it is visual style related, meaning it differs from one VS to another. I hope someone can answer this question, I would also like to know the answer.
