tosk
This is probably due to me doing something stupid, but nothing inside the $OEM$ folder made it onto the hard drive during install. cmdlines.txt executed fine, but nothing copied to the hard drive. It's worked before. I just finished making a fresh SP2 CD and it decided not to work.My winnt.sif is irrelevant in this case as my install isn't completely unattended.//EDIT: Perhaps I should actually add my question... What went wrong? Did I do something wrong? Is this a known problem with SP2?If this is the wrong forum for this question, I'm open to correction. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Phyridean
You might want to post your Winnt.sif file anyway...it has some settings that are important to the $oem$ folder. For instance, it is necessary to have "OemPreinstall" set to "yes"
tosk
Ah. I've thoroughly beat myself about the head and neck. That's what I forgot in winnt.sif.Thanks Phyridean.
