Inter-Domain Loopback Processing

I've read a bunch about loopback processing, and managed to implement it, as long as the computers and users are in the same domain. Different OUs, but the same domain.

Now, I want to do the same thing, except where the computers are in a child domain, and the users are in an OU in the parent domain. I can find nothing on google or here at msfn, but maybe someone out there can help me.
