If my pc is clean, lets say I do an low-level format to write my hard disks with zero's, then I format my harddisk is ntfs format. Will Windows setup start from dvd? riZz Posted July 29, 2004 Share Posted July 29, 2004 Yeah it should work, dont know why ur mumbling on about formatting to get zero's every knows computer language is 0's and 1's (Binary) just say formatting.
