Slipstreaming xpsp1_1079 ... Rumors true..!!?

I recently slipstreamed xpsp1_1079 into my original corp edition of windows xp. I am no longer using the FCK cd key.

After slipstreaming, I performed a reboot and continued with a clean installation. Everything progressed ok, until I got to the point when I had to enter the cd key. The cd key I was once able to use will no longer work, and if rumors are true, this is because the cd key code is redesigned and improved per microsofts attempt based apon some improved anti-piravcy protection contained within xpsp1 that will only appear apon slipstreaming sp1.

Has anyone else done this or perhaps found a way to use slipstreaming sp1 and still use a working corp cd key?

Sorry, but if you have read our rules in the Announcements, we can't help you with anything illegal (how to get an illegal cd key to work, or how to get rid of activation, etc.) , which this is...

So i feel obligated to lock this thread.
