Windows 2003 and Nebula Digitv -card

Hi, i have been in trouble with Nebula Tv-card and windows 2003 std.

Problem is that card install fine when i start nebulas software i get the channels but getting huge problems with display adapters overlays. I have have now Ati Radeon 9600XT and newest catalyst and when i switch channel voices are fine and screen is black. Then i go to Ati´s Display settings and overlay ---> Overlay and put the Contrast and Brightness to half ---> perfect picture --->>> switch channel black and start again.

The sliders have gone back to left in overlay setting window...

Have tried also Nvidia Fx5600 Ultra, same kind of problems. Its a Win 2003 issue and i dont want to install XP again so help me if can. Im clueless.
