jrzycrim
Go to tools > Folder Options > view tab. uncheck 'Hide protected operating system files'. You will see a file called desktop.ini inside my documents, my pictures, my music...Desktop.ini from My Pictures:[.ShellClassInfo]InfoTip=@Shell32.dll,-12688IconFile=%Systemroot%\system32\mydocs.dllIconIndex=-101Change Iconfile to the path of your icon.Set IconIndex to 0 if IconFile points to an .ico file. Set it to the proper index of the icon if you are using a DLL or other icon library file.
