easye35
What's the best way to get these to install? .inf? or silent install. Main problem I have with silent install, what would happen if I am using a MB without a VIA chipset? The other driver I have trouble with is the radeon 9200. Should I just use the inf method? Seems the easyest (and smallest).
edmoncu
INF is the way to go as it offers better flexibility when applied at different pc setups. as for the trouble with the 9200, perhaps it may be a driver (catalyst) or at least a brand issue. Dustinwmew
if you do it the .inf way, windows will only install it if it is the right driver. The install way may harm the pc if it does not see it as not a VIA chipset.
easye35
Anybody have the inf part for the radeon vid cards?the install file for them is huge, I don't even know where to begin to look in it
Dustinwmew
Download the the radeon installer, then go and get 7-zip.right click on the installer of radeon, and click extract files. extract them to a folder.the folder 2KXP_INF, in that folder is what you are looking for. it has the .inf's.
