force full format during Unattended install

I am trying to do unattended installations of W2K. I have no problems unless the hard drive was used prior to the w2K install with a different OS (Linux usually). Is there a way to force the system to ALWAYS do a full format instead of a quick format? Here is the code from the winnt.sif file that I am currently using.
