This might be a dumb question but here it goes.

We have a consultant that works in the office here. His laptop is joined to his company’s domain and he wants to access our domain to get network shares and E-mail. I thought this would be easy in that all you would need to do is choose my domain on the login screen from a list, but it didn't have my domain listed. All it had was his companies domain listed. I knew I was on the network because when I logged in under his domain account I could access the Internet and browse to the other PCs using administrative shares. Even if I went into Network Neighborhood I could surf out to my domain, but no matter what I tried I couldn't get him to be able to login to my domain from the login screen. I eventually joined his laptop to my domain, thus allowing me to choose my domain from the login screen, but when he went back to his office he was no longer joined to his work domain.

What am I doing wrong?

What can I do to get his domain and our domains to show up on his laptop's login screen?

Thanks,

Mike
