i have the modified file here

XPCD\$OEM$\$$\Web\Wallpaper\Bliss2.bmp

and in regtweaks.reg i have

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General]

"BackupWallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\Bliss2.bmp"

Maybe check the cmd files that you use, as I know that my prepare file (and others) deletes the c:\windows\web\wallpaper\*.bmp files, so either copy it over after you run that certain cmd file, or set it to look on another partition if you have one.

Try this one

Put your filename.bmp file in \$OEM$\$$\Web\Wallpaper\filename.bmp

and add this reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

; Set the default wallpaper

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]"Wallpaper"="C:\\WINDOWS\\web\\wallpaper\\filemane.bmp"

"WallpaperStyle"="2"

"TileWallpaper"="0"

rename your wallpaper into "bliss.jpg"

then move the file on your desktop and open a dos session :

cd desktop
makecab bliss.jpg

Move bliss.jp_ into your i386 folder :)
