Order of IE patchs and Fix's ......

First off this is a windows 2000 install and not a XP.

IE install's fine, my pc reboot's and my fix's begin to install. But for some reason I have them in the wrong order and cant seem to find the correct one. I have tried to change them many times and it seems like there is always one that doesn't get installed... here is my current RunOnceEx.cmd
