Hey guys' i had this very weird problem. Whenever i start out with a new harddisk, my unattended installation work fine and converting from fat32-> NTFS could work' but if i do this whole procedure one more time, i get new bad sector and bad sector causes conversion to fail which in turn cause the computer to keep restarting.. how is it so? The following is how i use to convert

OFORMAT C: /A:8 /V:"" /Q

CVTAREA C:\CVTAREA.TMP 500 MB /CONTIG /FIRSTCLUSTER 3 GB

later on when windows have set up finish, i do a

convert C: /fs:ntfs /cvtarea:cvtarea.tmp /nochkdsk /x

then the computer keep rebooting and rebooting' only the 1st time i do this will work, subsquently ever since bad sector come out' it will not' i try this for 3 hard disk and all give me the same problem' can any one help me? thanks!
