User account with no PW expires?!

I use the following to make my user account and everything works great but even with no password Windows says my PW is going to expire and I have to change it to nothing again, is there anyway to make it never expire? I dont think blank passwords made inside windows ever expire but this unattended one does.

net user Tom /add

net localgroup Administrators Tom /add

REGEDIT /S autologon.reg

EXIT

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]"DefaultUserName"="Tom"

"DefaultPassword"=""

Please help! If its been answered before sorry but I did search and couldn't find anything relevant.

There is a post made by Jotnar in Threads of Interest sticky too all about this stuff and u can download netuser app from there thqt does just that.
