Hello,

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on this board. I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to register.

I'm an IT pro in Michigan (In the US for those outside the states) and have been involved with primarily desktop support (now meaning Windows XP) for about 12 years now.

I've learned a bunch from this site and hopefully I'll be able to contribute some even though the methods used here are not "approved" by my employer.
