discarnet
I have a fully working unattended install disk, However it will not work on a computer when the operating system is to go on the SATA drive with the SATA drivers on floppy the computer copys all the setup filesand the $oem$ folders to the hard drive then gives stop error 0x0000007b (inacessable boot device) when it restarts. (It works fine from a normal XP disk)Also is it possible to included the SATA drivers to the unattended disk so Windows will setup on the SATA driveany help would be great (even wild guesses will do cos I am totaly at a loss)Thanks TIM
prathapml
See here: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?act=ST&f=88&t=14869It has everything you want to know (or need to do).Although the topic heading says "RAID drivers" it is actually for SATA as well. nazz
I had the same problem. You have to follow the guide. You will edit the [sCSI] section of your TXTSETUP.SIF file and a few other things then XP setup will detect your sata fine..
