Slipstreaming hotfixes using SVCPACK.INF

I am trying to slipstream MS04-011 & 012 in Windows 2000 and XP i386 folder

using svcpack.inf and the [OptionalSrcDirs] line in DOSNET.INF. The code use is:

It seems to work fine EXCEPT the updates were applied AFTER the network had started, about the same time that CMDLINES.TXT is processed when a $OEM$ folder is present.

Is there some way (a switch maybe?) to get the hotfixes to be applied BEFORE <br>networking is configured?
