help-winnt.exe -when install win2k or 2k3

i install win2k from a cd bootable ,

when i enter dos, i type

cd i386

winnt

to install the win2k

but some error occur ,

display a message" ****.rmi file not found"

i ignore it .it can continue.

but when i use same cd install win2k from windows98 or others(in a word ,in GUI)

it have not any error.

why? who can help me ?
