Help getting hotfixes to install in 2k3 unattended

Hey all, I was wondering if there is a trick, or certian way to get the hotfixes to install in 2k3 Server? I set it up just like it said in the XP unattended tutorial ( I know it's not XP... when I did it with XPSP1 it worked great, and almost all of the settings seem to be the same for 2k3) but for some reason it does not work... It just won't install the hotfixes. Is there a trick for 2k3? An extra setting or something that I may have missed?

For one, the SVCPACK.INF file has different headers for the Version Info (Major, Minor, Build)

MajorVersion=5
MinorVersion=2
BuildNumber=3790

That seems to have helped (it looks like there is one more hotfix installed now) but I still can't get the whole thing to go. Should I just have them install from the cmd line stuff I have running on first login? There has to be something I'm missing... I mean this is possible in Win 2k3 right?
