How can i extract bootsector files?

I want to extract the vol1.dat used in goshs reducing the size guide by myself.

How can i do that?

im not sure if we talking about the same, but to extract boot sectors you can use Barts BBIE for example. Other programs you can use are ISOBuster, UltraISO, MagicISO or WinImage
