branding the startmenu, icon size.....

i created an icon i want to use for branding my startmenu. i have provided a screenshot, i looked but could not find the post that told how big the icon had to be. i was hoping someone either knew the link to the post or the icon size i need.

The instructions there said 24x24 but the icon should be 32x32.
