Missing or Corrupt file named C_936.NLS

recently, my computer runs extremely slow, so I decide to do a clean install. After I've finished installing the Windows XP Pro(Chinese Ver.) and restarted the computer, I got a error message says that the C_936.NLS is corrupted.

How do I fix it?

I also have this problem .And I have tried the recovery console and the way to copy c_936.nls from other computer to mine.But they both failed . Who can tell me

Corrupted files can mean your hard drive is having problems, try scanning your hard drive for errors. If Windows still has issues, I'd try a Repair Install of Windows (instead of recovery console).
