office xp probs sysprep

When ever i ghost to a machine with a diffrent harware type i always have to reinstall office xp due to missing vba components or i am told that the application is not installed for this user.

I am also forced to re-enter the cdkey for publisher xp i have heard that i may be able to use a source.ini to fix this prob but can not find any info on this could anybody please help me?
