hi. can anyone plaese help me ?

i am using visual studio 2003. i am a student in citytech.

my prof asked me to create a LOGIN webpage . On the log in page, it should check all the inputs from ACCESS file. if the user name isnt right then it should redirect to the same page else it should proceed. now i am kind a confuse how to have to check the user input in acess file. i created a acess file and uring asp webservices i created two text boxes and have that ado connection. but i still cant check the inputs.

can someone please give me some tips/.
