Riprep Images and hotfixes

I'm using RIS to deploy XPsp1 workstations. We've created customized images for 3 different HALs. When one runs the RIS setup you have a choice of the three images and the distribution copy. I wondering what would be involved in having hotfixes applied to the images. These would have to happen ASAP as they are on the network and are vulnerable. Any help would be great!
