Problems are

1.Windows XP keeps finding a PNP harddisk when one is not present this keeps happening and is really annoying as my users do not have admin permissions and keep getting asked for admin password. :)

2. Windows XP office needs to be re-installed each time says it has lost VBA components and needs to be re-installed one some of the machines that i did not loose the VBA components i needed to reactivate windows xp office.

3. Publisher XP needed to have the serial input again.

4.A program Called Max's sandbox basically a wprd add on for little kids needs the serial and a repair conducted.

5. Would anyone know the timcode and country code for Australia.

From what i have seen some people have used a source.ini along with a sysprep to fix most of the above probs any help would be highly appreciated.
