MickBurke
I'm now using a slipstreamed CD to install windows XP and after moving the winnt.sif to the \i386 directory on the CD, I've done two installs on laptops and neither will start up. They get through the install and get to the "Windows XP" Screen and the little bar at the bottom starts scrlling left to right, left to right... and then it just locks up. I had added some OEM driver info to the SIF file and since remed it out to make sure it wasnt a problem. Here's the content of the winnt.sif file:;SetupMgrTag[Data] AutoPartition=1 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes"[unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=No TargetPath=\WINDOWS Repartition=Yes;OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\000_Chipset;Drivers\001_LAN;Drivers\002_video;Drivers\003_audio" DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword="password" EncryptedAdminPassword=NO TimeZone=35 OemSkipWelcome=1[userData] ProductID=key..... Can anyone see anything wrong here that would cause these to fail? I cna start them both up in safe mode just fine, but haven't been able to figture out what they are hanging on.
