Hotfixes problem in RUNONCEEX

Hey there, when I try to install the Hotfixes via RUNONCEEX I always got a error message "teaching" me correct switchs to install it. It only happens once and when I access Windows Update if says my PC is totally updated. The problem is that when the error message appears during Setup I have to click on OK to continue the install.

sysocmgr show a "Invalid program arguments were specified." box.

Note: I typed sysocmgr with no arguments.
