Paypal not accepting credit card payments

I am trying to purchase a license for StartAllBack, but I cannot get the site to work. I don't have a PayPal account (and never will!), but when I enter all the credit card information, I keep getting "Something isn't working just now." No details, just that. 

 

Any suggestions?

The StartAllBack website says direct credit card payment with Gumroad.  Does your credit card accept Gumroad?  When I tried to renew my cell phone online last year, my credit card did not accept their means of processing, and I had to renew over the phone,.  They used a different method this year, and it worked online.  Your choices may be to either come to terms with PayPal, or to do without StartAllBack.

Yeah, I’ve run into that too. Gumroad works with some cards but not all, so it’s not really StartAllBack’s fault. Usually, PayPal is the fallback if your bank refuses the transaction.

Otherwise, you’d have to do without until they change their processor.
