for as long as i can remember both windows 8 and haswell were considered terrible for there time periods with windows 8 feeling to modern and ahead of its time and haswell cpus having a reputation for overheating constantly well i can officially say that those rumors are false as my computer has been running both a haswell i5 and windows 8 perfectly fine together for almost a year now what im trying to say is you cant judge something just by what others say they saw happen do some research and you will fine its the complete opposite of what has been said since 2014
