I set it up like the

The TCPMaxDataRetransmissions parameter is tuned through cmd

an important parameter that is responsible for the number of packets sent in case of loss

just like the InitialRto parameter, it is responsible for the time after which the repeated packet will be sent in case of loss

if you have the required 2013 add-on installed, then enter this command into cmd

netsh interface tcp show global

if there are no parameters
MaxSynRetransmissions
InitialRto

then look for this add-on, I don’t remember which KB

the InitialRto parameter is responsible for the delay, for ping in a network game

If you change these parameters in the system registry, they will not work in win 7

the smaller the InitialRto, the lower the delay will be

I recommend

MaxSynRetransmissions=6

InitialRto=250

I spent a long time selecting these settings, specially moved to a game server with a high ping and am conducting the test on it )

pay attention to the screenshot on MaxUserPort n/a
Windows will use dynamic ports, and they close faster than those that are static by default, less load on the network stack

To remove and only dynamic ports work, enter the command in cmd

REG DELETE "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters" /v MaxUserPort /f

you will need to reboot
