Aiek
I've been considering upgrading my old Ryzen 7 3700x for a while now, at first i was thinking of a R9 5900x but damn they're expensive... I don't know if getting a R7 5800X3D will be worth it tho (I heard they refuse to work on older Windows 10 builds), I am trying to avoid 3Dv cache. Anyways, so I have 2 options: I buy a R7 5800x (non 3D) - it's a bad buy right now.. the 3D is so much better but like I'm on Windows 7 and I don't wanna find out if I'm gonna get ACPI BSODs OR I buy a 7000 series AMD - However, just like the 3D 5th gen CPUs, idk if I am gonna run into ACPI issues, I wanna hold onto Windows 7 for as long as I can. (Linux isn't good enough to the point where I can make the jump) So do I risk it with the 7000 series OR do i just buy the R7 5800x?
