Windows Update gives 25.6MB Office 2010 Service Pack 2 update (KB2687455) after integrating SP2

Yeah, but I already integrated it (Office 2010 x64, so SP2 x64)

It wants to install it, and I'd like to get whatever this 25.6MB update is to make a fully updated offline Office 2010, but I have no idea where to look and can't find anyone else asking about it.

Tried x86 SP2, I get the same update, but 25.2MB now.

So Windows update is wanting to download proof-es-es, and proof-fr-fr even though my Office 2010 is English. Makes no sense, but adding them to the updates folder makes the update disappear so whatever.
