Vista local connection only.

Hello. There is a problem with Vista.  When connected to WiFi of my router, the network is only available for the local network. If I distribute Wi-Fi from my phone, then everything is fine :/. Installing other drivers did not help, reinstalling Vista did not help. This is very strange, everything is fine on other operating systems.
