Anyone in here ever heard of anyone doing a silent install of Visual Studio .NET?

Also is there a way to generate MST files for things such as VS.NET? I created one for Office 2003 with the OPK, does something similar exist for Visual Studio?

Well by fooling around I figured out a way to do it.

Run setup.exe /CreateUnattend filename.ini

You must do this for both the prerequisites and the actual install. On my DVD this is wuc\setup.exe (for preinstall) and setup\setup.exe.

Then run with /UnattendFile filename.ini to install with this. It is a silent, GUIless install.
