Switches for PowerChute Personal Edition?

Anyone have silent install switches for this?

old post...anyone have the answer for this? I made an .iss file for it, which works okay, but after it installs and launches powerchute asks if it can have your zip code and send info to APC which of course requires intervention. :-/
