Unattended RIS Setup not processing full SIF file

The SIF file I have created for my unattended installation (via RIS) is working about 50%, as it sucessfully installs unattended and completes some of the other tasks.

The problem I'm having now is that during the install the [Components] section is not processed as part of the installation, and the CMDLINES.txt is not being processed.

Does anyone know why these would not be processed and how to get around this?
