Take a look in the "... \ sources" directory of an original Microsoft ISO file. You will find these files :

Background_*.bmp

ARunImg.dll
spwizres.dll
w32uiRes.dll

Edit dlls with ResourceHacker tool or whatever you want..... but be carefull about the size of the .bmp file...
