BartPE and RIS

When I try to boot to BartPE RIS, I get a screen with flashing boxes.

I replaced the NTLDR with setupldr.bin from a working BardPE cd. If I leave

the original NTLDR RIS tries to setup XP and says I do not have the correct network driver.

Any Ideas?
