How To Modify Windows 7 Setup Texts

Iam Working in a custom windows project ,  I Wanna Know how i can modify windows 7 texts , example :

I Wanna Put  Black "Yosemite Edition SetUp" instead of "Windows SetUp"  ,  and I wanna Put "Black_Yosemite" Eula Instead Of " EULA " , ..... and a lot more things ..

Please Help Me
