Anyone have any luck installing AMD's 7/2015 or 11/2015 GPU Driver

i've tried uninstalling first, reinstalling, no go

 

i've tried uninstalling, rebooting, installing, no go. (for both versions)

 

had to go all the way back to 11/2014 Omega drivers, which installed just fine

 

2008 R2, i7-860, GCN 1.1 GPU.
