Windows 10 trace analysing

After update from windows 7, my laptop had long boot time. First, long black screen, then long welcome loading... I tried this command but nothing changed:

 

xbootmgr -trace boot -prepSystem -verboseReadyBoot

 

 

 

Can u help me with trace analysing?
