Customized XP files?

hey there,

Im finishing my XP unattended setup (again) and now I'm looking to customize its files as much as possible. I've already customized setup.exe, winntbbu.dll, ntoskrnl.exe and logonui.exe. What others files I can customize safely? And what do they do?
